Tuesdays at Bodyworks
SharQui™ bellydance workout classes are on-going at Bodyworks in downtown Fredericksburg.  The class is on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. and is free for Bodyworks members.  Non-members can try the first class for free, then pay $10 for each visit or purchase 5 classes for $40. Open to all levels, even beginners! Check in at the main desk when you arrive. Wear comfortable, close-fitting workout clothing. Read more about SharQui™ here.
