My Bellydance Fitness Class meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Bodyworks in downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia. First class is free to try, otherwise pay $10 to drop-in or buy a card of five classes for $40. The class is always free for gym members. Wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing (such as yoga pants and a t-shirt).
